For the past, idk, 5 or 6 years I’ve either been single or I just got dumped days before this dumb “holiday” that we, as girls look forward too celebrating with our men.
Even tho I have a boyfriend now, I don’t expect anything from him. I don’t expect gifts… I don’t expect chocolate (which I would rather not get cause I’m not a fan). I don’t expect to go out to a fancy dinner, or to be picked up at my house even. I don’t expect anything romantic even.
In all honesty I’m not a fan of the “holiday” I don’t like to be spoiled or be the center of attention. I would be happier staying home drinking a beer, putting a pizza in the oven and watching a movie with my boyfriend.
